About the role
The Digital Product team is responsible for owning the digital product development across all touchpoints of the customer experience by leading the end-to-end design, delivery and optimisation of our digital properties to drive business and customer benefits, working closely with UX, Product Portfolio & Pricing, Marketing, CRM and engineering.
As the Associate Director of Digital Product, you will set the direction of new and existing product experiences across all customer touchpoints in collaboration with amaysim SLT and leadership by focusing on the right problems to solve that drive tangible value for our customers and support our ongoing growth.
This opportunity is a parental leave cover role with the duration of 14 months.
Key Accountibilities include:
- Own the end-to-end customer & product experience design and delivery across all digital product and experience touchpoints across all customer lifecycle stages from acquisition to onboarding, to self-service to winbacks
- Lead a team of Product Managers and work closely with key stakeholders to identify, qualify and quantify problems worth solving.
- Inspire, coach and mentor team members and peers
- Owns key decisions about digital experiences within their scope/remit – particularly cust exp / dig products
- Accountable for (and sweats) key experience / journey metrics (e.g. funnel conversion, digital activation rates, referrals, app-ratings etc) and insights on continuous improvements
- Monitor product performance, industry trends, competition and company changes that may influence the product strategy and execution
- Delivery of product experience roadmap and initiatives
About you
You are an expert people leader with experience in Product management in a fast paced evolving environment. Additionally, you will also bring to the role:
- Demonstrable experience in delivering impactful fast-growth products into market by designing and delivering digital products, platforms, end to end customer journeys with tangible business outcomes.
- Demonstrated Subject Matter Expertise on Product Management, UX/UI and CX. Having designed and delivered digital products or platforms end to end driving with tangible business outcomes.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills and exceptional excel skills
- Strong stakeholder management
- Alignment to amaysim company values, such as reliability, empathy, agility and simplicity
