In addition our enhanced support function will continue to drive the development of the B&C strategy and roadmap who closely with the Operations team who execute on this.This is a new role, introduced to partner with the Head of, Billing & Credit and their leadership team and will be accountable for managing the execution of the Billing and Credit change and special project portfolio as well as identifying and driving efficiencies across the business unit.The day to day
- Identify and drive the simplification roadmap across the function.
- Be the lead on any Optus special projects including enterprise wide strategic programs.
- Participate as a key member of the Senior Leadership Team and have a forward view of major deliverables as each set of 90-day priorities are worked through.
- Manage the execution of the overall change and simplification programs and support the Head of Billing and Credit and Leadership team in developing the overarching strategy.
- Support the Head of Billing and Credit in developing the overarching strategy and annual operating plan (AOP).
- Provide support to the Head of Billing and Credit to ensure that the leadership team remains focused on delivering key strategic initiatives.
- Ensure the efficient co-ordination of the team as it relates to strategic planning, mobilizing, execution and business performance.
- Co-Design with purpose team wide initiatives, events and leadership forums.
- Preparation of Billing & credit presentations and EXCO papers where required.
- Minimum 3 days in the office, 2 days remote - with flexible hours to suit!
