AddressAssociate – 5-7 yrs. PQE
Join an established family law practice who have a loyal clientele. You will have the opportunity to work on the most complex cases that come in, with the ability to take control of your work and operate autonomously with support provided as needed. You will service a diverse client base which includes low-mid income earners to high net-worth earners. In this role, you will also play a key role in business development and marketing schemes to build up your network. You will report to two knowledgeable and supportive Partners who are both approachable and fantastic mentors. The office has a positive and relaxed culture, and they are extremely flexible. A lot of their team are working around 4 days from home, and they are flexible with individual commitments as well. Associate/Lawyer – 4-6 yrs. PQE
Our client is offering the opportunity to work under 4 experienced and reputable Principal Lawyers, gaining exposure to all of their different working styles, mentorship approaches and knowledge. You will work on a mixture of complex files and standard files, mostly focused on parenting and property matters. You will work with a diverse clientele ranging from ‘mum & dad’ clients to wealthy individuals. You have had direct contact with these clients as you will be trusted to run your files from start to finish. At this firm, there is a large focus on work life balance and you are not expected to take work home with you. It is encouraged to switch off after work and on breaks. You will have the opportunity to work from home a couple of days of the week, and work within a flexible environment. On offer is an extra annual leave day, birthday leave, social functions, weekly team drinks, and training and development activities.
Associate/Lawyer - 3-6 yrs. PQE (Fully Remote Optional)
This is an exciting opportunity to join a progressive and modern multidisciplinary firm. You will join the family law team, working on matters ranging from parenting, property, and children’s matters. You will gain exposure to litigated matters, and work on high asset files. Within the team, you will work under a highly experienced Partner and have fantastic administrative support in place to allow you to focus purely on your file. You will have the option to come into the office once a week to collaborate with your team, although you can choose to work remotely.
