- Dive into administrative tasks including orchestrating meeting/workshop logistics, creating comprehensive packs, and managing collaboration boards to streamline project communication and documentation.
- Support governance activities aligned with Tolls Project Standards, ensuring adherence to charters, processes, and reporting frameworks to uphold project integrity.
- Assist with the set up, maintenance, and organisation of Planview, guaranteeing seamless user experiences and integration with vital applications like Workday, Dev Ops, and Unibis/SAP.
- Play a vital role in gathering inputs for annual strategic plans and investment budgets, contributing to the foundation of organizational growth and development.
- Elevate executive-level performance reporting by assisting in the preparation of material for Investment Board meetings, providing valuable insights into strategic investment costs, benefits, and project outcomes for senior leadership.
- Tertiary qualified in Business, IT or Computer Science.
- Work experience in an IT role is highly desirable.
