The Role:
  
They are seeking a motivated and talented Associate Lawyer with 2-3 years (PQE) to join their performing team. The successful candidate will have a strong background in property law, commercial transactions, business law, and conveyancing. Key Responsibilities:

• Handle a diverse caseload involving property, commercial, business, and conveyancing matters
• Advise and represent clients in property transactions, including sales, purchases, leases, and development projects
• Draft, review, and negotiate commercial contracts and agreements
• Provide legal advice on business law issues, including corporate governance and compliance
• Conduct due diligence and manage the conveyancing process from start to finish
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of relevant laws and regulations
• Build and maintain strong client relationships through effective communication and high-quality service
• Collaborate with colleagues to achieve the best outcomes for clients
• Participate in business development activities to grow the firm's client base

Qualifications and Experience:

• Qualified solicitor with 2-3 years PQE
• Strong experience in property law, commercial transactions, business law, and conveyancing
• Excellent drafting, negotiation, and communication skills
• Proven ability to manage a busy and varied caseload
• Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
• Commitment to delivering exceptional client service
