They are seeking a skilled Data Reporting Analyst with specialized expertise in Aladdin & Eagle Pace platforms. The ideal candidate will be responsible for extracting, analyzing, and presenting complex financial data to support decision-making processes within their organization. This role requires strong analytical abilities, attention to detail, and proficiency in utilizing Aladdin and Eagle Pace systems.
Responsibilities:
- Extract and manipulate data from Aladdin and Eagle Pace systems to generate insightful reports and analytics.
- Perform data validation and ensure accuracy and completeness of reports.
- Analyze financial data to identify trends, anomalies, and insights for stakeholders.
- Develop and automate regular reports for internal and external stakeholders.
- Create ad-hoc reports as requested by management or client teams.
- Present findings and recommendations effectively to support strategic decision-making.
- Maintain and optimize Aladdin and Eagle Pace systems for efficient data retrieval and reporting.
- Collaborate with IT and operations teams to troubleshoot issues and implement enhancements.
- Stay updated with system upgrades and new features to leverage their potential fully.
- Ensure data integrity and compliance with regulatory requirements in all reporting activities.
- Support audits and regulatory reviews by providing accurate and timely data.
- Work closely with portfolio managers, financial analysts, and other stakeholders to understand reporting requirements and deliver solutions.
- Collaborate with IT teams on system integration projects and data governance initiatives.
Requirements:
- Proven experience (5-7 years) as a Data Reporting Analyst with expertise in Aladdin and Eagle Pace systems.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex financial data.
- Proficiency in SQL, Python, or other data manipulation languages/tools.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Detail-oriented with a focus on data accuracy and integrity.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
- Experience in the financial services industry, particularly in asset management.
- Familiarity with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).
