Overview
The Advisors client services team is looking for a Associate Managing Consultant to drive our customer experience strategy forward by consistently innovating and problem-solving. The ideal candidate is passionate about customer analytics, highly motivated, intellectually curious, analytical, and possesses an entrepreneurial mindset.
Role
-Deliver advanced analytics projects using Mastercard and other data sets
-Ensure quality and timeliness of all project deliverables
-Coach junior team members to ensure continued growth and delivery of the required outputs
-Collaborate with the project manager, business development and other stakeholders to meet the client needs and supprot further business development
