What You Will Be Doing
Support the Nurse Unit Manager to provide strategic and day to day operational leadership within Community Care.
Contribute to the strategic development of Community & Ambulatory Services as part of the senior Community & Ambulatory Services management team.
Ensure Peninsula Health’s Community Care services provide specialised client-centred coordination in the community/acute and sub-acute setting through an integrated response of hospital and community services.
What You Need
We anticipate you will have:
General registration as a Registered Nurse with Australian Health Practitioner Registration Agency - Essential
Extensive clinical and operational experience - Essential
Experience as an effective member of a senior management team - Essential
Relevant tertiary qualifications in Business, Management, Health Administration or Public Health (or working towards same) - Desirable

*Please refer to salary circular for NURSES AND MIDWIVES (VICTORIAN PUBLIC HEALTH SECTOR) (SINGLE INTEREST EMPLOYERS) ENTERPRISE AGREEMENT 2020 - 2024 for salary range. Sub-grading will be based on years of experience.
