SalaryIn this rewarding opportunity you will join the St Vincent’s Private Hospital Melbourne (SVPHM) team as Associate Nurse Unit Manager in our Urology and Urogynaecology Unit at our East Melbourne campus. This is a dynamic unit that represents a unique opportunity to apply and progress your existing skills.This role will be permanent , part time, over 3-4 days and will be pivotal in providing the highest standard of nursing and outpatient care.The Unit provides a consulting and procedure room, purpose built for outpatient diagnostic procedures for bladder cancer surveillance, continence and bladder issues. In addition to general nursing duties, including admissions/Documentation, patient observations and urinary catheterization, the successful candidate will also assist specialist Urologists and Uro/Gynaecologists during procedures.The unit is open Monday - Friday and closed on public holidays. As an outstanding Associate Nurse Unit Manager -Urogynaecology Unit
Your skills will include:
- Demonstrated leadership skills
- Previous experience in a Uro/Gynae Unit desirable,
- Excellent written and verbal communication.
- The ability to work as a cohesive member of a small team
