About the Role
- Advanced level of autonomous clinical and professional practice and decision making in collaboration with a NG7 or above.
- Apply operational leadership and the principles of clinical governance in collaboration with the NUM, NG7 or above.
- Operationalise the strategies that support a work-based culture that promotes and supports education, learning, research, and workforce development.
- Apply critical thinking and expert clinical judgement across all the domains.
