Embark on a fulfilling journey with us!  We are actively seeking a passionate Associate Nurse Unit Manager with a background in Oncology, Chemotherapy, and experience in medical and surgical care (specifically breast, gynaecology, plastics) to join our committed Oncology and Haematology Ward. The role plays a crucial part in enhancing the care and overall well-being of our patients.

Hours

We are seeking  full time (75 hours per fortnight)

Join Us If You Have:

Our ideal candidate will have a minimum of 8 years' experience in oncology, chemotherapy/haematology, medical and surgical ward nursing, with a keen passion for fostering a positive staff environment and ensuring optimal patient outcomes.
Key requirements include:

• Proven and recent experience as a Registered Nurse in Oncology, Chemotherapy, or Haematology
• EVIQ education completion desirable/or willingness to work towards this
• Strong organisational and prioritisation skills
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities
• Empathetic approach to patient care and a commitment to delivering exceptional customer service
• Senior level and leadership experience 

Experience in breast and reconstructive nursing, as well as prior chemotherapy administration, will be highly regarded.
