Your new role
This role is focused on supporting and contributing to the establishment, deployment and operation of NAB’s physical security and assurance function. Due to the nature of this role and to ensure seamless communication in real time, this role requires a minimum of 4 days a week in-office at our 700 Bourke St location.
Day-to -day you will:
- Develop and review process and SOPs that support service delivery, including bi-annual process effectiveness reviews and evaluation metrics
- Produce various business reports, insight, and assurance activities.
- Analyse data sets across security operations to deliver all internal and external reporting
- Complete monthly invoicing and accrual processes, including quality assurance of process delivery
- Identification of initiatives to deliver cost and productivity improvements
You are an analytical thinker with the ability to connect disparate data points and an appetite for identifying opportunities for process enhancements.
What you will bring:
- Ability to work with a degree of autonomy and flexibility to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Experience in physical security, risk management, investigations and/or emergency management
- Experience in the delivery of single and multi-site projects including financials and reporting.
- Advance report writing skills and the ability to tell a story from analysing large data sets.
- Ability to manage complexity and able to quickly gain understanding of unfamiliar business operations.
- Proven experience in administration, data analysis, process improvement or customer service
- Strong data analysis skills (Excel, Tableau, PowerBI)
- Highly developed written and verbal communication skills
