The RoleIn this role you will:- Develop and deliver engaging and innovative courses in Leadership or Human Resource Management (HRM).
- Foster a dynamic and inclusive learning environment that promotes active student participation.
- Conduct research in the field of Leadership or Human Resource Management and publish findings in reputable journals.
- Collaborate with colleagues and industry professionals to stay updated on the latest trends in HRM or leadership.
- Lead and contribute to curriculum development and improvement
- Contribute to the growth and reputation of the institution through excellence in teaching and research.

- Demonstrated expertise in Leadership or HRM through a strong publication record.
- Proven experience in teaching and curriculum development.
- Ability to provide mentorship and guidance to students pursuing careers in HRM or leadership.
- Current knowledge of industry trends and a passion for continuous learning.
- Collaborative mindset with a willingness to work with others in the department.
