Description
We are looking for a talented Associate Recruiter to join our Talent Acquisition team. In this Scoresby based role you will be play a pivotal role in connecting internal talent with opportunities, working closely with hiring managers and cutting-edge recruitment technology.
In this role, you will make an impact in the following ways:

• Schedule candidate interviews by coordinating schedules with hiring managers.
• Create and format job descriptions in accordance with Cummins employment brand.
• Accountable for managing life cycle of requisition through applicant tracking system (ATS) including documentation for auditing purposes.
• Lead and support the offer management process.
• Participate in continuous improvement activities for talent acquisition processes.
• Adheres to recruiting processes and policies.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Strong attention to detail and high level of customer service skills.
• Adept at working across multiple contemporary recruitment software packages.
