Description
We are looking for a talented Associate Recruiter to join our Talent Acquisition team. In this Scoresby based role you will be play a pivotal role in connecting internal talent with opportunities, working closely with hiring managers and cutting-edge recruitment technology.
In this role, you will make an impact in the following ways:
Schedule candidate interviews by coordinating schedules with hiring managers.
Create and format job descriptions in accordance with Cummins employment brand.
Accountable for managing life cycle of requisition through applicant tracking system (ATS) including documentation for auditing purposes.
Lead and support the offer management process.
Participate in continuous improvement activities for talent acquisition processes.
Adheres to recruiting processes and policies.
To be successful in this role you will need the following:

Ability to build, consult, and manage stakeholder relationships to maximize efficiency and effectiveness of processes.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality.

Strong attention to detail and high level of customer service skills.
Adept at working across multiple contemporary recruitment software packages.
