The opportunity
Due to a promotion, we are looking to expand our team and welcome an associate recruitment consultant to the p2p family! This will initially be a support position, assisting the senior consultant where you will be working towards becoming a 360 Consultant.
On a day-to-day basis you will be involved with:
Shortlisting, pre-screening and interviewing candidates
Implementing brand and marketing strategies to source candidates
Administration and compliance management of clients and candidates
Build and maintain a strong candidate database
Providing solutions to assist clients and candidates with their employment needs.
