Associate Security Analyst - Brisbane

Your Responsibilities:

• Utilize Splunk ES, MDR/EDR SIEM tools, and Python for monitoring and analysing security data.
• Identify and respond to potential security incidents following established playbooks.
• Collaborate on incident assessments and responses with clients and internal teams.
• Lead in coordinating and executing responses to contain and remediate security threats.
• Drive continuous improvement by refining correlation rules and leveraging threat intelligence.

Qualifications:

• Full-time work authorization in Australia. (Citizens or PR)
• University Educated 
• About 2 years in cybersecurity, specializing in MDR/MSIEM.
• Hands-on experience, preferably with Splunk and Splunk Enterprise Security.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Familiarity with offensive security techniques and tools.
• GRC expereince or Offensive Security expereince considered.
