Associate / Senior Structural Engineer

POSITION

Due to rapid growth, there is now an exciting opportunity for a Senior / Associate Structural Engineer to join the team in Sydney.

This role offers the chance to engage in a variety of industrial and commercial projects throughout NSW and become lead a team of young engineers.

Some of the responsibilities of this role includes:

• Deliver STRUCTURAL ENGINEERing designs, calculations, repair methodologies and assessments
• Lead and manage improvements in the general housekeeping, organisation and configuration
• Drive continuous improvement of engineering knowledge, methods and processes in line with company objectives
• Participate in the preparation of BD proposals, estimates, system designs, technical and performance specifications, workflow estimates, engineering design estimates and written technical descriptions
• Liaise with clients, contractors and other engineers on project progress and engineering concerns
• Participate in the procurement of, materials and subcontracted services in accordance with the company's purchasing guidelines and procedures

EXPERIENCE REQUIRED

To be considered for this position it is vital that you have the below:

• Bachelor of Engineering - Structural or Civil
• Proven experience as an Engineer working on local projects throughout Sydney
• Clear and strong communication and presentation skills
