Websters Lawyers has been looking after clients for 20 years. We see the need to provide services across South Australia therefore are continually expanding our practice, with offices in the city (Parkside), Christies Beach, Ridgehaven and Smithfield.
Role Description
This is a full-time role as an Associate Solicitor specialising in Workers Compensation and Employment Law, primarily based at our Parkside office. You will be part of a team and responsible for handling matters, providing legal advice and representation, conducting legal research, drafting legal documents, negotiating settlements and representing clients in court proceedings.
Qualifications
We're looking for solicitors with at least 2 years of experience in Workers Compensation and Employment Law. Strong knowledge of relevant legislations and case law. Excellent analytical research and problem solving skills. The ability to manage multiple cases, work from tasks and meet deadlines. Attention to detail and accuracy and the ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
