Responsibilities:
Promote and sell a top Trauma range to HCP’s.
Support our customers as the product expert to provide clinical and technical information.
Plan your territory and track your progress, proactively communicating your findings with your Regional Manager.
Troubleshoot complex problems and be a trusted advisor.
Be present in the operating theatre to assist Surgeons and theatre staff to maximise the use and application of Stryker products.
Maintain and manage your inventory.
Successful candidates will have:
A strong desire to transition into medical device sales- maybe an allied health worker or budding sales star.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, enabling you to connect with healthcare professionals and build lasting relationships.
A self-starter with a results-driven mindset, always striving to exceed expectations.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities to identify opportunities and propose effective solutions.
Resilience and a positive attitude, as you'll face challenges in a competitive market.
