Core Wealth Financial Planning is an established financial planning and wealth management business located on the northern side of Hillary's Marina. We have a rare opportunity for a Graduate or Associate Adviser to join our dynamic and friendly team.
Your main objective will be to support our Senior Advisers. Working in a small business environment your key responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
- Preparing documentation for client review and introduction meetings
- Attending client meetings
- Liaising with clients
- Preparing file notes and post meeting review reports
- Managing compliance of client files
- Assisting with client queries and technical support to the Adviser
- Researching and designing suitable strategies
You will hold strong analytical skills with a high level of numeracy, along with excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. Your attention to detail will be of a high level and you will have the ability to multitask and work autonomously. You will have a like minded commitment to caring about and wanting people to realise their lifetime goals. It is imperative you are high performing and prepared to join a high performing team. We are looking for someone that is client focused, a team player with a positive ‘can do’ attitude.
The ideal candidate will have the following minimum requirements to be considered for the role:
- Bachelors degree qualified - Ideally business related
- High proficiency with Microsoft Office, primarily Word and Excel.
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Preparedness to complete post graduate studies
- Preparedness to complete your Professional Year and to become a fully qualified Financial Planner
