We are looking for an experienced administrator to join our small team in the new year (mid January) and look after our event participants and volunteers. This will be an "in-office" role at our Burleigh Waters office / warehouse.
You Will Be Reporting To: Managing Director
Company Products or Services: We are an event company delivering high quality sporting events in SEQ and nationwide.
Hours: Mon-Fri, part time 20-25hrs per week in our office [days and hours can be modified to suit the right candidate]. Additional weekend event work available if desired.
The ideal candidate will have the following skills and experience:
- Experience in an administrative role dealing with customers, suppliers and staff
- Intermediate to advanced MS Office plus database experience, as well as knowledge of travel bookings and general correspondence
- Proven clear thinker, well organized, level-headed, solution oriented
- Whilst we work as a team overall, this role is autonomous so you must be able to self direct once up to speed
Company Culture: We are a fun-loving, but highly productive and efficient event management company. The dress code is casual and the jokes are typically bad (as is the singing).
Salary & benefits: $55,000-$60,000 annually (pro-rata), parking, staff uniform (if desired).
