They work with leading automotive manufacturers, major insurance groups and fleet management groups, providing a premium customer service.The Regional Manager within the Network Provider division is accountable for managing and driving the end to end provision of motoring assistance services via a large and diverse network of contracted service providers within their territory. In addition to reviewing, developing and implementing strategic changes to improve the performance and expansion of these providers, you will also be supporting the changing business environment, helping to deliver business objectives in respect to service delivery and commercial effectiveness.Key to the role is the ability to manage internal and external stakeholders, working closely with other roadside delivery parts of the business to achieve a common goal and improve overall performance. The position demands excellent relationshp building skills, high influencing capability, attention to detail and a desire to drive continuous improvement.Additionally, there will also be a strong focus on compliance so the successful candidate will have a deep understanding of Standard Operating Procedures, safe work practices, quality and relevant policies and procedures.Ideally the successful candidate will have :
- an impeccable record with credibility and experience in managing large and diverse networks
- strong systems experience and have worked through large tender processes to secure providers
- experience in introducting best in class technology for an online provider management system.
