The Attendance officer will be responsible for a high level of support in areas such as obtaining accurate student attendance data, STAT reporting, student and family data entry, support staff, students and families, assisting with first aid and general administration.
Student Services Administration will be the point of contact for families, students and will work closely with the Pastoral wellbeing team and Year coordinators.
This full time role will require someone who has outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, is efficient and encompasses skills in managing; confidentiality, student data, enquiries and other administrative tasks that assist the everyday functioning of the College.
Key responsibilities and duties:
- Record and maintain accurate attendance data for STATS reporting and assist with yearly CENSUS
- Manage the delivery of operational tasks associated with Student Services and administrational duties
- Foster Positive relationships with students, Families and staff addressing enquiries and concerns
- Sound knowledge of office systems such as SEQTA and CIVICA
- Demonstrates high level organisational and time management skills with the ability to prioritise numerous tasks
- Provide First Aid assistance to ill or injured students and maintain Medical inventory.
