ABOUT THE ROLE
We are currently recruiting for a talented Sous Chef for this season. This role will be rostered across the Hotel operation hours and allow for the smooth running of the Marritz Hotel kitchen and focus on guest satisfaction, and aid in managing the team and covering for the Executive Chef's days off.
- Seasonal role for 12 weeks: 17th June – 18th September 2024)
- Amazing location with the snow on your doorstep - your own room in On-snow accommodation
- Great balance of work with flexible rosters to allow for plenty of snow time!
- Opportunity to relocate to another one of our properties after Winter Season
