About the role

If so, we have an exciting opportunity for you to take on a newly created opportunity as Audience Specialist; joining Coles 360 at the cusp of growth.

What you'll be doing

Reporting to the Senior Product and Platforms Manager, you'll cultivate and optimise Coles' audiences, acting as the subject matter expert for in-market segments and spearhead testing initiatives. You'll collaborate closely with the Data team to derive audience insights, while serving as the primary liaison for Coles 360 within the CDP Centre of Excellence (CoE).

You'll also

  • Segment audiences based on behaviour and preference
  • Design and execute A/B/n tests
  • Analyse test results to derive insights
  • Generate audience insights and reports
  • Share findings with relevant stakeholders for strategic decisions

About you and your skills

Coming from a digital media agency / marketing agency / marketing department within an FMCG (a plus, not mandatory), you bring a solid understanding of MarTech and digital media.

You'll demonstrate familiarity with marketing software such as SAAS, ideally with exposure to CRM, CDP and/or DMP platforms.

Key to your success will be your ability to analyse data and extract insights.

You'll also have

  • A strategic mindset, strong influencing and relationship building skills
  • The ability to prioritise and get stuff done
  • Proficiency in data-driven decision-making and analytics.
