The role
This role holds a pivotal position within the Product Management Team, playing a vital role in ensuring the seamless management, meticulous compliance, and strategic enhancement of the HUB24 Invest, IDPS-like, SMSF Access, and Non-custody solutions.
Key responsibilities
- Manage 1 direct report (Product Manager)
- Content development for disclosure documents (e.g., new product features, legislative changes)
- Stakeholder engagement and management
- Implementation communications and collateral management
- Project management of disclosure document production and white labeling
- Business readiness management, including training for disclosure documents and product development
- Collaboration with Product Development Team on key initiatives, including business requirements and design input
- Identification and management of continuous improvement initiatives for product development
- Delivery of new products aligned with sales outcomes, including offer documents
- Ongoing sales support, including responding to queries, input into RFI & RFP's, client presentations, and competitor analysis
- Leadership and guidance to the Product Management Team for achieving business outcomes
- Proactive optimization of customer experiences within a compliant framework
- Continuous development and enhancement of products for competitiveness and customer focus
- Promotion of product simplification and operational efficiencies
Key skills required
- At least 5 years' experience in financial services, with a particular emphasis on managing IDPS/IDPS-like platforms and SMSFs.
- Working knowledge of the legislative/ technical rules impacting IDPS and IDPS-like platforms, SMSF and investments.
- Previous people leadership experience
- Great communications skill (verbal and written).
- Strong stakeholder engagement and management.
- Be able to manage competing priorities.
