On your first day, we'll expect you to have:

• Event Support assistance (familiarity with assisting presenters & speakers with technical requests)
• Configuring, maintaining and troubleshooting Zoom rooms
• Familiarity with Zoom appliances such as NEAT or Logitech 
• Epic Customer service skills
• Experience with MacOS & Windows support 
• Experience with MDM such as Jamf and Workspace ONE.

Your day could look like this:
You'll be perfoming Tech Support to the the end users, however it will lean toward more AV and Event Support. This particular role would require you to be onsite in Sydney during normal working hours (Monday-Friday) to support the teams and maintain/support meeting rooms, provide event support and technical support for technologies that they use on a daily basis.
