Regional Onsite Support is a national team that is part of the wider Service Operations & Enablement group providing IT services to ASIC. We invite you embarked on a major digital transformation journey with ASIC.The roleThe primary purpose of this role is to provide video conferring (VC) support to the organisation, correct VC faults locally and remotely, and liaise with external vendors to ensure VC functionality. As part of the team, you will be asked to contribute to national IT projects, assist with level three support, and continually upskill your IT knowledge for career progression.About you:We are looking for someone with strong people & technology skills with a minimum plus years' experience in a similar environment & have a Good understanding and experience Video Conferencing knowledge.You will also have/be accountable for but not limited to:
  • Assist in providing VIP support for Commission and Senior Executives nationally
  • Maintaining, updating, and supporting AV Equipment
  • Updating of internal registers and procedures to reflect the status of AV rooms, including maintenance reports
  • Conduct AV audits as required including compiling of scheduled reports.
  • Taking ownership of customer issues and requests by proactively managing a positive client experience and ensuring results are communicated to the client clearly and meaningfully
  • AV Skills and Experience
  • Relevant experience in an AV incident response role
  • Crestron AV (or similar) deployment experience
  • Microsoft Teams support experience
  • Unified comms experience covering Webex and Zoom.
