Looking for a Level 1 IT Support Engineer to join my client on a 12 month contract. 
This client is leading entity in foreign exchange and are looking for a Level 1 IT Support engineer to join on a 12 month contract managing service desk requests from start to finish. They are looking for someone to start within 2 weeks with interviews to be conducted next week.
The Role:

• Play a key role in a global Service Desk team, taking ownership for the Service Desk during the allocated time in the 24-hour schedule. 
• Manage all types of Service Desk requests, ensuring that all requests are logged appropriately, with all the relevant information and placed in the correct queues. 
• Take ownership for Service Desk requests, seeing them through from start to finish.
• Document resolution steps within completed requests. 

What you will bring:

• Tertiary level IT/computing qualification 
• 3+ years’ experience in Support 
• Strong Experience with Service Desk tools (eg, FreshService or JIRA Service Desk) 
• Extensive experience with Microsoft O365, Intune 
• Experience with MacOS and Apple Products.
