Audio Visual Support Associate

We are looking for an experienced AV/IT professional to fill a position as an Audio Visual Support Associate in Perth. The successful applicant will have a strong customer focus and work with our team providing technology support in Audio Visual for some of Australia's biggest corporate companies.

As the face of our company you will have a cheerful and friendly nature, with a high focus on customer service. You will demonstrate excellent interpersonal and organisational skills, as well as having the ability to adapt quickly to new tasks and manage multiple projects independently. Attention to detail is an essential pre-requisite required for this role.

Position Overview

Reporting to the Customer Support Manager, the Audio Visual Support Associate is responsible for the day-to-day technical support and conciergeservices of all AV solutions at a customer site during normal business hours from Monday to Friday.

The Audio Visual Support Associate will provide 2nd and 3rd level support for all AV related issues or outages, whilst also providing meeting concierge services such as setting up meetings and operating AV equipment. The Support Associate will also be responsible for AV Adds/Moves/Changes as well as troubleshooting, and if required, vendor escalation through to resolution. The Support Associate will be responsible for AV documentation upkeep and will play a key role in the success of the Audio Visual support team.

Job Description

• Providing the client with onsite support with their Audio Visual equipment and processes at the 2nd and 3rd Level
• Work closely with Executive Assistants in obtaining meeting requirements and schedule support accordingly
• Provide meeting concierge services, setting up customer meetings for platforms such as Microsoft Teams, Zoom, Webex etc.
• Assistance in the design and documentation of new systems, as well as working with the client on new and innovative approaches to problems
• Receive incoming support calls and provide remote assistance to users, and where appropriate attend issues where remote fixes cannot be applied
• Providing onsite training support
• Minor software upgrades
• Assist with maintenance related upgrades to all AV systems
• Monitors systems alerts, performance, and utilisation reporting
• Provides support for project implementation and equipment installations
• Lodgement and tracking of trouble tickets
• Performing other job-related duties as assigned

• Excellent interpersonal skills.
• Experience with Microsoft Outlook/Office suite.
• Knowledge of Crestron, Microsoft Teams, Cisco is desirable but not essential
• A neat, tidy and professional appearance.

Audio Visual experience would be advantageous, ongoing training will be provided.
