Your New Challenge: Senior Audio-Visual Support Specialist Are you ready to lead and innovate in Digital Signage, a rapidly growing technology essential for modern businesses? As a Senior Audio-Visual Support Specialist, you will be pivotal in optimising the functionality and support of Digital Signage systems, enhancing both user experience and client satisfaction.
What You'll Do:
- Oversee and provide technical support for Digital Signage systems.
- Troubleshoot and resolve hardware/software issues.
- Collaborate for system improvements and conduct training sessions.
- Stay updated with new technologies in the audio-visual field.
- Ensure excellent communication, delivering an exceptional customer experience.
- Manage customer issues across time zones and coordinate with suppliers and partners for solutions.
- Work with level 1 support for issue resolution and manage daily helpdesk ticket clearance.
What Makes You Perfect for This Role:
- Education in IT, Audio-Visual Technology, or related field.
- Practical knowledge and experience with LED screens, CMS platforms and display technologies
- Proven experience in I.T/audio-visual support and Digital Signage is a bonus.
- Expertise in networking systems and technologies.
- Strong problem-solving, communication, and customer service skills.
- Familiarity with networking and content management systems.
- Love to autonomously manage areas, making decisions for the best customer outcome with flexible work balance.
- Excited to build and enhance support systems and workflows
