Form of workWe are seeking enthusiastic candidates with good organisational skills that are able to meet deadlines and liaise with senior staff.
Duties will primarily revolve around providing technical support to Integrator's and team members via phone, email and face to face in an efficient and timely manner.
You will be a team player, well organised, accurate and efficient in problem solving, excellent communication skills and experience in managing time, setting priorities and organising work.
Key responsibilities and tasks:
- Document technical support in Cloud based system.
- Liaise with Manufacturers for trouble shooting assistance.
- Configuring and programming control systems for trouble shooting and testing.
- Maintain the highest standard of customer service to our integrator's.
- Constantly learn and evolve your knowledge on new devices.
- Working closely with the rest of the support team and other departments.
- Provide assistance to other Team members.

- Computer literate with Windows, macOS and Linux operating systems.
- Develop, Implement and Service Linux integrations.
You must be able to work 40-hour week from 9am - 5pm Monday–Friday.
