CCT Productions is an Audio Visual company based in Orange NSW that services the central west of NSW. We provide a variety of services including sound, lighting and vision services for live events at indoor and outdoor venues, conferences and livestreaming events. We also provide audio visual installs at venues, along with video production, photography services and equipment rental.
CCT Productions :

We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic AV Tech to join our small but growing team.
As an AV Technician, your day-to-day will involve:
- Setting up and operating small corporate events
- Working as part of a larger production team producing Large conferences
- Operating in house AV systems
- some live streaming
- the occasional theatre show
Travel Requirements:
This role is based out of our Orange Warehouse
Most of our clients are located within the Central West region, however you may be required to support clients all around Australia.
Our ideal team member will have:
- The right and ability to work in Australia.
- Audio, intelligent Lighting or AV experience essential
- A valid Australian Drivers License (Manual)
- Solid IT experience with Powerpoint and QLAB
- A strong understanding of the needs and requirements of a range of stage presentations and events
- Demonstrated technical understanding and knowledge of work health and safety in a theatrical environment and identifying risk management processes
- High level of Professional communication skills
- Ability to manage and lead and work in a team.
- Excellent communication skills and attention to detail
- Strong administrative skills and computer skills
- Ability to interpret CAD drawings.
- Entry-level roles are also available.
- a current Working with children check and a police background check.
Extra Brownie Points for:
- Licence requirements – EWP, Rigging, Dogging, Electrical Test & Tag, Working at Heights (or willingness to obtain qualification)
- Level 2 Workplace First Aid (or willingness to obtain qualification)
- Experience with Adobe Creative Suite, Qlab and Zoom
- Medium Rigid or Heavy Rigid Truck Licence
At CCT Productions, responsibilities may require an adjusted work schedule and/or evening/weekend hours in order to satisfy customer needs. This Role is full time based on a 76 hour fortnight.
