Responsibilities:

• Lead audit engagements, with responsibility for managing teams, budgets, and deliverables
• Develop and maintain relationships with clients, providing advice and guidance on accounting, auditing, and financial reporting matters
• Identify and communicate potential risks and issues to clients and make recommendations for improvements to internal controls and business processes
• Stay up-to-date with changes in accounting and auditing standards and ensure compliance with regulations
• Coach and mentor staff, providing guidance and support to help them develop their skills and progress in their careers

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in accounting or related field
• Qualified auditor with at least 6 years' experience in audit or assurance services
• Experience managing teams, including coaching and mentoring staff
• Strong knowledge of accounting and auditing standards and practices
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues
• Ideally, experienced in advanced economy like the EU, US or UK markets
