The Job

Auth0 Implementation and Configuration:

• Design, implement, and configure end-to-end authentication solutions using Auth0.
• Customize and extend Auth0 features to meet specific business requirements.
• Ensure seamless integration of Auth0 with existing and new applications.

Identity Management:

• Manage and configure user identities, roles, and permissions within Auth0.
• Implement and maintain identity and access management policies.
• Design and implement single sign-on (SSO) solutions.

Authentication Protocols:

• Implement and configure various authentication protocols, including OAuth 2.0 and OpenID Connect.
• Ensure compliance with security standards and best practices.

Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA):

• Configure and optimize multi-factor authentication settings within Auth0.
• Implement and maintain MFA solutions for enhanced security.

Security and Compliance:

• Stay updated on Auth0 security features, releases, and industry best practices.
• Implement security measures to safeguard user data and authentication processes.
• Ensure compliance with relevant data protection and privacy regulations.

Troubleshooting and Support:

• Provide support and troubleshooting for Auth0-related issues.
• Collaborate with the development and IT teams to resolve authentication challenges.

Documentation:

• Create and maintain comprehensive documentation for Auth0 configurations and implementations.
• Provide training to internal teams on Auth0 usage and best practices.

The Profile

• You possess a Degree/Diploma in Computer Science, Engineering or related field.
• You have at least 3 years experience, ideally within a Auth0
• You have good interpersonal and communication skills and are adept at working with multiple stakeholders to drive desired outcomes.
• You have working knowledge of Oauth, single sign-on, Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA), OAuth 2.0 and Auth0 Implementation and Configuration
• You possess strong analytical skills and are comfortable dealing with numerical data
• You pay strong attention to detail and deliver work that is of a high standard
• You are adaptable and thrive in changing environments
