In this role, you'll:
You will be working as part of a team validating and assessing Engineering companies to become authorised to work in partnership with TfNSW to deliver projects.
This role will see you liaising with industry partners, working with subject matter experts and providing advice to enable applicant organisations to gain TAO status.
You will lead teams of subject matter expert assessors, work with stakeholders to build and maintain strong relationships, guide and manage assessments to ensure its delivery in a timely fashion and a collaborative work environment.

Please Note this is a Fixed term role for 12 months Feb 2024 to Feb 2025 and the role is a job share for 2 days pw. therefore the salary for this role will be pro-rata of the above.
About you
Your ability to multi-task, work under pressure and problem solve formed while working in an engineering environment will see you excel in this role where you will bring your knowledge and experience of engineering terminology and processes leading to great relationships with and positive outcomes for stakeholders. You're recognised as an excellent communicator who is extremely organised, skilled at prioritising, tracking and monitoring of work.
