Regional Sales Manager

Implement strategic business development and manage the Oceania region of this Global Leader in the structural steel/reinforced concrete industry.

The Company

Supporting the Construction industry for over 40 years and creating continuity in concrete reinforcement projects, this well-established multinational company, design, manufacture, market, install and service high performance products and solutions that improve performance, lower costs and reduce downtime for their customers. You will have at your fingertips, a very recognisable brand and respected products.
Whilst the company’s footprint is wide, the Australian team is incredibly agile. Having a positive, team focused and collaborative, yet self-driven and autonomous mentality is essential but the designated marketing and technical support teams will ensure you are well supported.
The Reward

• Base salary of $140,000 + plus super
• Generous commission structure OTE of 40% plus potential to earn much more

The Role

• Develop brand awareness for ANZ and Oceania
• Maximise sales by closing strategic opportunities and managing important customer relationships
• Initiate product specifications through regular engagements with Design Engineers
• Act as a conduit between the field and support functions of the company through Project Demand Planning
• Maintaining ACRS Technical approval for Australia and New Zealand
• Oversee the ACRS Auditing process for Material Traceability and Bar End Processing

Skills and Experience

• Degree qualified in Civil/Structural Engineering with a focus on structures
• Experience within the reinforced concrete industry highly desirable
• Experience with presentations to large groups
• Strategic thinker with a highly honed commercial awareness
• Strong adaptability and growth mindset
• Superior interpersonal, oral and written communication skills
• Valid motor vehicle licence
