Authorised Prescriber/GP

We're looking for General Practitioners who are interested in prescribing natural treatments and compounded medication through phone consults.

Join our Telehealth service as an Authorised Prescriber/GP to help Men who are experiencing medical issues across Australia.

We make a promise to our patients that by the end of the consult they will receive their e-script.

We need all of our prescribers to align with our culture and join us in keeping our promise. We invite you to apply if this is you:

• A self-starter
• You work efficiently in completing your clinical notes and publish e-scripts during the consult
• You are willing to manage your patient data to ensure this is present and correct in the platform prior to the consult
• You listen and show empathy because you are patient focused
• You support the needs of the patient
• You go above and beyond to ensure your patients have the best experience from the first point of contact with our clinic to receiving their e-script
• You can encourage the patient to use our other services such as our Dietician. 

Key responsibilities

• Assess patient needs and eligibility for natural or compounded treatments
• Prescribe natural treatment plans or compounded medication for patients during their consult

Requirements

• Current registration with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA) and Insurance
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Patient focused
• Willingness to manage your own patient records prior to the consult
• Demonstrated understanding of the regulatory landscape for compounded medication in Australia
• Commitment to providing high-quality patient care and maintaining patient confidentiality
• Provide phone consults
• Self-driven and use initiative to problem-solve
• Technical skills to work with a clinical platform
• Must be able to provide contact details of at least one referee

Job Type: Full-time/Casual/part time

Salary: is paid per consult - $100 for each patient (most consults last 20mins)

Expected hours: very flexible
