The Role
We are seeking an experienced, highly motivated Auto Electrician to join our clients globally recognised operation. Working within the Production Team, you will be trained and skilled to install complex electrical systems and perform auto electrical wiring on a range of vehicles in accordance with electrical drawings and build requirements. You will be responsible for diagnosing and repairing auto-electrical faults on our range of products and equipment in the Production Facility ensuring all work undertaken results in the delivery of a quality product to our customers.
Responsibilities:
- A Trade Qualification as an Auto Electrician
- Experience working in the automotive / truck / heavy vehicle industry
- Demonstrated ability in Auto Electrical wiring and fault diagnosis
- Ability to read and interpret Electrical drawings
- Excellent communication skills
- The ability to work without supervision
- A full toolkit
Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years' experience working as an Auto Electrician
- Experience working on complex vehicles is highly regarded
- A valid white card
- HC truck licence, confined spaces, working from heights and dogging tickets are not necessary but highly regarded
- Ability to work independently and within a team
- Proactive and determined
- Problem solving skills
