Our client has experience across the Civil Construction industry including road and transport infrastructure, water and utilities, rail and airside construction as well as construction for residential, commercial and industrial developments.
The Role:
- Working on equipment no older than 5000 hours
- Working on D8-D10, Moxy’s, Haulpacks and large mobile plant gear
- Effective and efficient mechanical service involving the repair, servicing and maintenance of plant, equipment and light vehicle fleet
- Install, maintain, identify faults, and repair electrical wiring, air-conditioning and computer-based equipment in vehicles, plant and equipment
- Plant includes earthmoving, crushing and screening, agricultural type equipment, light fleet and ancillary items
- Auto Electrical Trade Certificate
- Background in Heavy Plant, Mechanical and Electrical processes
- Current drivers license
- Take a hands on approach to workplace health and safety
- Highly effective planning, organising and problem-solving skills together with the ability to lead, motivate and influence others
- Establishing and maintaining effective working relationships
- Competitive hourly wage of $40.29 - $47.61 per hour + penalties + allowances (casual rates and roles are also on offer!)
- Permanent full time role
- Meal allowance of $31.08 per day for OT
- Field service allowance <250 km of $26.64 per day
- Field service allowance >250 km of $55.50 per day
- Tool allowance of $22.20 weekly
- Plenty of overtime available
