Auto Electrician - Karara

We are currently seeking applications from experienced Auto Electricians for 14 days on 14 days off roster at our Karara Mining Project in Western Australia.

Duties:

• Perform scheduled drill servicing across AC F9, Epiroc FT45 and D65 drill rigs
• Performing unscheduled repairs
• Prioritising workloads
• Maintaining and servicing light vehicles, support trucks and trailers
• Fulfilling all safety requirements and maintenance reporting needs.

You will need:

• Australian recognised Auto Electrical trade certificate
• Current Air Con ticket
• Familiarity with AC F9, Epiroc FT45 and D65 drill rigs
• Minimum 2 years post-trade experience with a well-rounded understanding of repairs, maintenance, & reliability principles and a sound knowledge of earth-moving plant
• Highly developed diagnostic, fault-finding and trouble-shooting abilities
• Very good communication skills
• Valid Australian Drivers Licence (Full)
• Ability to work with minimal supervision
• A strong commitment to safety and duty of care
• The right to work in Australia.

Desirable:

• Refrigerant Handling Licence
• Working Safely at Heights
• Hydraulic hose competency
• Trade Certificate – Light Automotive or Heavy-Duty Mechanical
