Our vast national network delivers solutions in: Trade, Industrial, wholesale and mining and is proudly supported by 90 years of industry expertise from our heritage brands including Ashdown-Ingram, Covs, Global Auto Spares and R&E Auto Parts.Our NAPA Warana Branch, Sunshine Coast, is seeking an Auto Parts Interpreter with picking/packing know-how to join our team.About the roleInterpreting parts, processing customer orders, ensuing efficient dispatch of products and parts, promoting specials, arranging buy ins, processing credits and being the first point of contact for our customers both in person and over the phoneProviding accurate and technical parts support to our trade, industrial and mining customers and leveraging your expert automotive parts and /or mechanical knowledgeAssisting customers with product information, technical advice, and comfortable selling, providing solutions and problem solvingBuilding strong customer relationships and providing exceptional customer serviceWhat we’re looking forAn automotive parts interpreting “know how” – in other words, your technical parts knowledge from previous parts interpreting experience and/ or your mechanical background.A passion for providing exceptional customer experiences and creating ‘moments that matter’.
