Job DescriptionNew Business Development:
- Develop and execute a growth strategy aligned with revenue targets.
- Conduct market research and gather competitor intelligence.
- Identify and qualify new business opportunities and establish contact with potential customers.
- Conduct customer meetings to understand their current and future needs.
Key Account Management:
- Create and maintain key account plans to meet revenue targets.
- Conduct site visits and maintain relationships with key accounts.
- Support the market launch of new products and ensure their integration into designated accounts.
- Maintain CRM data and produce regular sales reports.
Sales and Solution Development:
- Collaborate with internal technical specialists to develop customer solutions.
- Present products and services to customers.
- Prepare and submit proposals, follow up to close sales, and negotiate pricing.
- Maintain communication with stakeholders during implementation and assist with technical issue resolution.
The Successful ApplicantQualifications/Licenses:
- Engineering Degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics, Mechanical Engineering, or Automation Technology preferred.
Professional Competencies:- Proven sales experience in a related industry, with success in building relationships at the C-Suite level.
- Demonstrated success in developing and executing strategic sales plans, including new business development and key account management.
- Experience in the Industrial Automation or related industry, focusing on electrical/pneumatic products or automation and drive technology.
- Strong analytical skills, with experience in data gathering, problem-solving, and negotiating.
