About the role:
We are excited to be hiring for an Automation Sales Engineer who will play a crucial role in growing Festo’s market share within the region. Reporting to a highly regarding sales leader, this role will see you develop and drive long term and sustainable relationships with key clients, plus facilitate the development of cutting-edge industrial automation solutions.

- Proven track record in identifying new business opportunities, collaborating across multiple business units to develop world class client solutions, and pitching into C-Suite level.
- Managing existing client relationships to be sustainable, profitable and an advocate for the Festo business.
- Completed studies in the field of Engineering such as electrical engineering, mechatronics, mechanical engineering, or automation technology.
- Solid technical knowledge and understanding of automation and drive technology.
- An analytical mind, with highly tuned problem solving and negotiation skills.
