The Role

Reporting to the Service Customer Account Manager and based in Darra, theAutomation Service Technicianwill be responsible for performing BMS service maintenance on multiple different platforms to ensure the service maintenance delivers a targeted outcome for the customer.

• Refrigeration or Electrical Trade Qualification
• Good written & verbal communication skills
• Exceptional customer service skills
• Exceptional communication skills
• Exceptional time management
• Ability to work under pressure
• Restricted electrical license
• Proven Experience with Niagra or and similar automation products
