The Role
The Accessory and Lifestyle Consultant assumes responsibility for implementing the Accessory Sales Management program with our Premium European OEM client’s dealers.
Key Objectives of the Role:
- Serve as a business coach for the dealerships, visiting each selected dealer according to the schedule
- Conduct meetings with key dealership management and staff on A&L performance, activities and opportunities
- Prepare and review MTD / YTD sales performance by dealership and category, including identifying focus areas
- Develop business development ideas with the dealer and support implementation to achieve dealer target
- Complete business and marketing planning with each dealer for full year and support dealer with implementation throughout the year
- Presenting all new A&L products and ranges to relevant dealership staff including vehicles sales (New & Used), Aftersales, Aftercare consultants
- Provide training for each dealership (Sales & Aftersales) in terms of product knowledge, selling skills, best practice, POS recommendations and campaigns
- Implementation of all programs and marketing campaigns offered by the NSC
- Be the first point of contact between the dealer and NSC
- Subject matter expert on all things A&L
- Attend dealership events and serve as an ambassador for the OEM
