Working across 4 key areas of the business – Technical Customer Support, Field Service, Training and Future Ranges, we are seeking a dynamic candidate with sound operational and leadership capabilities. Leading a high performing team you will focus on achieving organisational objectives and have a “customer first” mindset.
Ideally, with your background in automotive aftersales/technical areas you will demonstrate your abilities in leading your teams to success. You will have P & L responsibility with the ability to develop and execute initiatives with a focus on improving service delivery, customer satisfaction and operational efficiencies.
Experience in managing technical hotlines, training or field service teams will be a distinct advantage, however, your overall leadership skills combined with your automotive/technical industry understanding are key to this role.
A solid salary based on experience will be negotiated with the successful candidate along with a range of other employee benefits.
