Owned by Autosports Group which has 55 dealerships across NSW, VIC, QLD and NZ, employing approximately 1800 staff and is a large listed retail automotive group representing the world’s greatest prestige and luxury automotive brands this is a great opportunity to join the team.
Responsibilities Include.
- Maintaining communication between the customer and the insurance company and educating customers on the repair process.
- Ensuring the relevant computer systems are kept updated across all stages of the repair.
- Ensuring estimates are written to Company Damage Analysis Standards.
- Negotiating repair costs with the Insurance Assessors.
- Monitoring repairs and communicating the status to customers in a timely manner.
- Upselling non accident damage when discovered during Vehicle check in.
Skills Required to be successful;
- Excellent communication skills both verbal and written
- Be very customer focused with excellent time management skills
- Proficient in Windows and other operating systems.
- The ability to negotiate with both the customer and insurance company in a professional manner.
