Reflex Automotive Engineering operates a busy engine reconditioning workshop along side our turbo charger workshop and service center. We require the services of a qualified experienced machinist who enjoys working on a variety of makes and models and is able to work independently and as part of our team.
Our engine reconditioning workshop is fully equipped to perform the following procedures:
-cylinder head reconditioning
-crankshaft grinding
-cylinder block reconditioning
-connecting rod reconditioning
-engine building
-general machining
-aluminium welding
-cast iron welding
Job tasks and responsibilities
Duties include all facets of cylinder head and engine reconditioning
Skills and experience
The ideal candidate will:
-have trade qualifications,
-be able to work unsupervised,
-be prepared to assist apprentices if required
-have a good working knowledge of engine reconditioning processes
-be familiar with specific engine reconditioning equipment
Must be eligible to work in Australia and able to commute to Campbellfield.
Must be able to speak English
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Salary: $55,000.00 – $70,000.00 per year
Schedule:
Monday to Friday
No weekends
